ABOUT BROOKE

What makes Brooke a great stylist?

She’s an organized strategic planner with a creative flair that knows how to tend to her clients’ needs resulting in an impactful finished product.

Anywhere from small to large scale productions in advertising, editorials, theater, live events, castings etc. I have worked with multiple talent of various ages and backgrounds in studio as well as on location. Collaborating with the entire creative staff, I can intuitively address any challenges that arise prior to occurring through preparation before the ultimate meeting of the minds. The goal is for the job to run as smoothly as possible and the outcome is for the client to be happy while we participate in telling the brand’s story through a beautiful photograph or production to ultimately help boost business.

With over 20 years of involvement in the fashion industry, I bring my unique skillset to every production.  As the Costume Designer for Juggerknot Theatre Company on their immersive play Conjuring the King, I have blended my expertise as a stylist, designer, and dancer to breathe excitement into the character. Being fortunate to work on set with celebrities such as Vivica A. Fox, Julianne Moore, Paul Shaffer and receiving the Ad Council's 2008 Silver Bell Award for Creative Excellence for the "Don't Be an Asterisk" Anti-Steroids Public Awareness Campaign, my client roster ranges from fashion brands, modeling agencies, magazines, plays, music, hospitality, pharmaceutical, food and beverage companies and beyond. Managing various design teams by conceptualizing and directing designs for developing clothing styles, I bring a strong creative eye to perfect the projects I’m involved in. Having knowledge of clothing movement with the body comes from a professional dance background and the love for dancing salsa, samba, bachata, street styles etc., the familiarity being on stage as a performer and behind the scenes in costuming. My favorite part about being a creative is letting my artistic side come to light with inspiration from music, dance, environment, and individuals I interact with daily and in productions.

My experience has led me through paths such as personal shopping, organizing, clothing showroom management and sales starting Glam On Stylehttps://www.glamonstyle.com ) providing designer representation for the creation of private label clothing development. Beginning my fashion career after moving to New York, I began freelancing with Women’s Wear Daily in the fashion editorial department selecting trend worthy looks and dressing models on photo shoots whilst keeping the fashion closet impeccably organized. Other early ventures include aiding in couture bridal wear market weeks and shoots, working backstage of New York Fashion Week and assisting SKS Productions with castings and production coordination. I’m a Rhode Island native with that New York state of mind and work ethic now residing in Miami. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology that forever studies and performs various styles of dance to this day, designs jewelry and constantly growing my awareness in many avenues in life making me your go to professional.
